Project description
Artificial intelligence (AI) will permanently change the economic value chain. The specialists and managers needed for this transformation process must be trained and educated at an early stage. Data management and analysis skills are key requirements for planning and implementing AI-related processes in companies.
The KIB³ joint project aims to integrate these skills into vocational training and higher vocational education. To this end, the project is designing, testing, and evaluating a broad-based additional qualification (ZQ) for industrial and technical as well as commercial apprenticeship occupations, as well as a qualification as a vocational specialist (DQR level 5) and Bachelor Professional (DQR level 6).
The subproject at the Chair of General Pedagogy and Educational Research at LMU Munich is responsible for scientific support and evaluation.
